DS1820/1822/1825 1-Wire Digital Thermometer & Thermostat The DS1820/1822/1825 devices are temperature-to-digital converters with over/under-temperature detection. They feature a 1-Wire communication interface and powered from that data line. Applications include PCs, mobile phones, office equipment and data loggers.
