- Description The uP6641Q is an integrated handset power solution forsensor module application products. The uP6641Q includes1 synchronous-rectified buck converter and 6 linearregulators. There are 7 generic GPIOs which can beindependently configured by internal registers and threesensor GPIOs are permanently configured as totem-poleoutputs for managing sensor reset, power up, and powerdown mode change operation. With internal low RDS(ON)switches, the buck converter is capable of delivering 500mAoutput current over a specific input ranging from 2.97V to3.63V. Fixed 1.5MHz PWM operation allows possiblesmallest output ripple and external component size.Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS) is supported either bydedicated control pins, or through I2C interface to optimizethe system performance for the processor. Other featuresinclude internal soft-start, over-temperature, and over-currentprotections. The uP6641Q is available in a VQFN7x7-56Lpackage.
